This recognition affirms our pioneering work in using AI and machine learning to upcycle corn cobs into sustainable, affordable plant protein. Our proprietary technology analyzes fermentation processes in real-time, optimizing protein yield while minimizing waste.
The selection committee noted our “innovative approach to solving two critical challenges simultaneously – food waste and protein deficiency – through cutting-edge digital solutions.”
The awards ceremony will take place in Amsterdam on September 12, 2025, where our CTO will demonstrate our digital platform to an international panel of judges.
